Electronics Marketing Specialist

We seek an Electronics Marketing Specialist with a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing. This individual will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote EMS services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including industry expos and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate trade show participation and manage industry event engagement.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Buildeffective relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
