The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, managing sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will also include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.QualificationsExperience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics in Kochi freight marketProven track record in Business Development and SalesStrong Communication and Negotiation SkillsAbility to Conduct Market Research and Prepare ProposalsExceptional Relationship Management and Customer Service SkillsFamiliarity with Customs Clearance, Domestic Transportation, and WarehousingProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM SoftwareBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldWillingness to work on-site in Kochi and travel as neededSalary - Best in the industry
