  • 3 years in development, implementation and support of ELM Mitractech solution
  • Experience in implementing ELM Teamconnect, TAP and Portal Collaborati.
  • Expertise in development involving Mitratech objects like Reports, Workflows, interfaces design
  • Troubleshooting system configuration, product installation and other technical issues including performance analysis.
  • Impact analysis, design, build and deployment for a ELM implementation
  • Experience of ELM maintenance pack upgrades, deployment objects/processes, monitoring/troubleshooting Mitratech services
  • Experience of working with Mitratech support on triaging core product issues.
