Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with data analysis and design thinking methodologies.

Business Acumen :

- Ability to quickly grasp complex business domains, analyze customer journeys, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk factors.

- Skilled in eliciting and documenting both explicit and implicit stakeholder needs.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and developers.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

Process and Documentation :

- Experience with value stream mapping and formal requirements definition.

- Proven ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, such as business cases and business requirements summaries.

Additional Skills :

- Experience working within highly regulated environments and adhering to strict technology policies and standards (a plus).

- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and tenacious approach (a plus).

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders and project teams (including Project Managers, Business Architects, Data Analysts, Software Developers, Testers, and Human-Centered Design teams) to define business needs, requirements, and success criteria.

- Conduct business process analysis and value stream mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirements documentation (BRDs).

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and ensure alignment.

- Analyze risks and control frameworks to ensure project feasibility and mitigate potential issues.

- Participate in solution design discussions and bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.

- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure traceability.

- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for testing.

- Provide ongoing communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project
