Main Accountabilities
Understanding of core sales operations (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development etc.) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight.
Development and implementation of sales & service operations metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards.
Analyze monthly sales results, understanding the key variance drivers and providing actionable insights to management.
Extract data from BW, SAP etc. and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity.
Expanding new technology and tools to support the business.
Process improvement initiatives and goal performance monitoring.
Knowledge on MED business models and markets in which we participate.
Knowledge on the core sales operations (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development, etc.) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight.
Understanding of financial concepts in the context of sales process.
Manage the accuracy of sales splits for incentive readiness and performance management.
Develop analytical models to assess the impact of changes in product pricing.
Cross department projects and streamlining of the process.
Creating various process for optimizing demand & supply data.
Working with complex data sets, data cleansing and optimizing the process.
Knowledge on root cause analysis of problems and corrective actions.
