Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:Greet customers, explain game rules, answer questions, and address complaints to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Game Operations:Deal cards for table games, monitor slot machines for issues, manage money and chips, and disburse payouts to winners.
- Rule Enforcement:Observe patrons and dealers for violations of casino policies or gambling regulations and report irregularities to supervisors or security.
- Safety and Security:Monitor for safety hazards, enforce safety rules, and maintain the integrity of the games and the establishment.
- Maintenance:Perform minor repairs on slot machines and monitor all machines for malfunctions.
- Operational Support:Circulate the casino floor to ensure games and operations run smoothly and assist with other gaming activities like bingo and keno.
