Role purpose:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects/programs, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget are met.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps, vendors) to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software engineering

Key accountabilities (Role Description)

  • End-to-end ownership of technology project delivery.
  • This role ensures that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality, while aligning with business goals.
  • The TDM acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, driving execution excellence and technical governance.
  • Providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise to a development team.
  • Ensures high-quality design, development, and delivery of software solutions while mentoring team members, enforcing best practices, and supporting business and technical stakeholders.
