Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Engineer located in Gadag. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, performing safety audits, and providing safety training to employees. The role also involves investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and continuously improving safety performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
  • Ability to develop and implement safety programs and procedures

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate incidents and find solutions
  • Ability to maintain safety documentation and records
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
