Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gadag for an Associate Officer at POWERCON. The Associate Officer will be responsible for supporting various day-to-day operations including project management, client communication, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in wind energy projects. Additional responsibilities may include technical audits, site assessments, and coordinating with different departments in the organization. The role requires the individual to perform under an Open To Sky (OTS) environment and ensure timely project delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant field
