Role: Operations Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic
Operations Intern
to assist with day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and process management. The role also includes
data handling
for better decision-making and contributing to
social media execution
to strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support:
    Assist in logistics, vendor coordination, order management, and partner communication.
  • Data Handling & Reporting:
    Maintain operational and customer data, prepare reports, and track key performance metrics.
  • Payment & CRM:
    Support in payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and maintaining strong customer/vendor relationships.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify operational gaps and help implement solutions for efficiency.
  • Social Media & Marketing:
    Contribute to content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Research:
    Conduct market and vendor research to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Interest in operations, vendor management, and digital media.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
