Job Summary:Follow:are looking for an experiencedBusiness Development professionalwith a strong background in thesemiconductor industryand a focus onengineering services . The role involves identifying, pursuing, and managing opportunities insemiconductor design, product development, and manufacturing process engineeringwith global semiconductor OEMs, IDMs, and foundries.This position requires a deep understanding ofsemiconductor product lifecycles ,engineering outsourcing models , and the ability to translate technical capabilities intobusiness partnershipsacrossNorth America, and Europe .Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities forengineering design and consulting serviceswithin thesemiconductor ecosystem .Engage withsemiconductor OEMs, IDMs, foundries, and fabless design housesto promote company capabilities.Collaborate with engineering teams to define and presentcustomized solutionsin areas such as:VLSI design, PCB design, and embedded systemsSemiconductor process and equipment engineeringAutomation and control system integrationProduct validation and reliability testingDevelop and delivertechnical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations .Build and manage relationships withprocurement, R&D, and engineering decision-makers .Track upcoming semiconductor fab expansions, R&D investments, and vendor qualification programs.Drive the fullbusiness development cycle— from lead generation to contract closure.Collaborate with internal leadership to developregional growth strategies and partnership pipelines .Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree inElectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor Engineering(Master’s preferred).5–15 years of experience inbusiness development or client acquisitionin thesemiconductor or electronics engineering servicesdomain.Strong understanding ofsemiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, and product design lifecycles .Familiarity withEDA tools, fab operations, cleanroom design, and equipment layout planning .Proven experience inengineering services, design outsourcing, or technology consulting .Excellentpresentation, negotiation, and communicationskills.
