Job Description :
Role Overview :
The Senior Project Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients in the solar energy sector. This role will focus on industries such as commercial enterprises, schools, hotels, architects, contractors, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
-  Sales and Business Development:
- Research, identify, source, generate, and classify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on increasing turnover, sales profitability, and market share.
- Identify new product requirements, forecast demand, and contribute to business development activities.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including industries, schools, hotels, architects, contractors, and builders.
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare detailed feasibility reports.
- Liaise with nodal agencies and government bodies to support the business strategy.
- Market Monitoring:
- Monitor industry trends, including market developments, new projects, competitive activities, new customers, and technological changes.
- Stay informed on Central and State Government policies and incentives to align business strategies accordingly.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of project execution, ensuring timely installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Handle the processing of bills and follow up for the timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from customers.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales within the Solar EPC industry OR in Power/Engineering/Manufacturing/Infrastructure or related industry .
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the related legal regulations.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare feasibility reports.
Requirements:
- Must have their own vehicle for commuting to client locations .
- Salary : Negotiable/Open/No Constraint
