Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase online sales, and drive customer engagement across all digital platforms. The role requires expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and oversee the company's digital presence, including website, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
  • Drive online traffic to company websites and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Create and monitor paid campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, and social ads) ensuring ROI.
  • Lead content strategy for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to track performance and prepare reports.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking tools, and A/B testing.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead campaigns, manage budgets, and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Graphic designing and video editing basics will be an added advantage.
