Position Overview:

As a digital marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Groveus Informatics' online brand presence and engagement through various social media platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.

3. Community Management: Monitor and engage with the company's social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

4. Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with company events, product launches, and promotional activities.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Track key social media metrics and performance data, providing regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all social media platforms.

8. Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company, competitors, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for engagement and sentiment analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, or related degree program or recently graduated from a relevant course.

2. Strong interest in social media marketing, digital communications, and the latest trends in social media platforms.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and brand voice.

4. Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

5. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 3 internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.
