Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost effective and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.2. Ensure suppliers deliver the goods or services in accordance with contractual obligations.3. Identifying new vendors and generating competition.4. Vendor evaluation and comparison.5. Maintain project wise procurement records.6. Tracking the dispatch / follow up for payments, Documentation and maintaining the files system.7. Vendor development, resolve the stuck up issues.8. To work in coordination with internal departments i.e. projects, finance, etc.9. Negotiate with the vendor to get the best offer.10.Coordination with the supplier, technical team, account section and site team for work execution.11. Focus on lowering lead time, adhering to on time delivery and assuring the transport services, vendor services, etc.12.Preparation of MIS report.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
· Good negotiation· Communication skill· Proficiency in basic computer application like Microsoft excel, word, outlook, etc· Positive attitude to learn and take up challenge
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
· Degree / Diploma in relevant discipline , preferably Business Administration or B.com or M.com
