POSITION - FULL STACK DEVELOPER (0-1 Year Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our founding technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAMP stack technologies with Laravel framework, combined with modern React JS frontend development skills. As part of our core team at this emerging startup, you'll help establish our technological foundation while building innovative web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) with Laravel framework
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to establishing development best practices and tech culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
• Solid experience with React JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)MySQL database design and optimization skills
• Apache server configuration knowledge
• Git/GitHub proficiency for version control
• Linux server administration basics
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrationKnowledge of responsive web design principles
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field1-3 years of experience in full stack development with Laravel
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries
• Knowledge of additional PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Symfony)
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Portfolio of previous web development projects
