We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Programmer with 1- 2 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a computer programming-related field and has hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as database management. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to product innovation, and grow within a collaborative tech environment.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement user-centric features- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both client-side and server-side components- Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables- Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js- Solid back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)- Familiarity with version control systems like Git- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment (ref:hirist.tech)
