**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented **MERN Stack Developer** with 3-4 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working across all components of the MERN stack—MongoDB, , , and —and should possess a solid foundation in web development principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure seamless user experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Required Skills:**

  • Proficient in **MongoDB, , , and **.

  • Strong knowledge of **JavaScript**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and responsive design.

  • Experience with front-end libraries like **Redux**.

  • Familiarity with version control tools such as **Git**.

  • Understanding of **REST APIs** and their integration with front-end services.

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex tasks.

**Qualifications:**

  • **B.Tech** degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • A passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills.

**Preferred:**

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS** or **Azure**.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
