This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our workplace, contributing to a productive and comfortable environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a commitment to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support:Oversee daily workplace operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory management of office supplies.Ensure all office equipment is in good working order and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.Manage access control systems and ensure a secure working environmentFacilities Management:Liaise with building management and external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and security services.Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and address any operational issues or areas for improvement.Coordinate office moves, reconfigurations, and space planning to optimize efficiency.Administrative Coordination:Manage administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and record keeping related to workplace operations.Assist with budget tracking for operational expensesSupport new employee onboarding by ensuring their workspace and necessary resources are prepared .Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe workplace.Coordinate emergency procedures and drills, and act as a point of contact for health and safety matters.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.Proven experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity tools.Knowledge of local regulations and service providers in Hyderabad is a plus.Additional Information For everyone, everywhere.
