Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Thumbnail artist who is proficient in Adobe Photoshop to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing eye-catching posters and creating attractive YouTube thumbnails. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for print and digital media using Adobe Photoshop
Design custom YouTube thumbnails that capture attention and drive engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and specifications
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
Excellent design skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred
Note: we need only thumbnail, people who are experienced in adobe photoshop , understands user psychology and consume lot of YouTube
