Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Thumbnail artist who is proficient in Adobe Photoshop to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing eye-catching posters and creating attractive YouTube thumbnails. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for print and digital media using Adobe Photoshop
  • Design custom YouTube thumbnails that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and specifications
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
  • Excellent design skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with current design trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred


Note: we need only thumbnail, people who are experienced in adobe photoshop , understands user psychology and consume lot of YouTube
