Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Experience: 4-5 years

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and accounting software (Advanced Tally)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and Management MIS
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations, TDS, GST, PF, PT, RTGS and NEFT
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus

Job Description:

  1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
  2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements and preparing and maintaining Balance Sheets
  3. Should have sound Knowledge in Profit & Loss statements, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation Statements and TALLY ERP 9 / Quickbooks
  4. Prepare Revenue generation reports and Expense reports
  5. Update internal systems with financial data
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  7. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  8. Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
  9. Processing invoices, commissions and brokerage payments
  10. Participate in financial audits
  11. Track bank deposits and payments
  12. Budget preparation
  13. Review and implement financial policies
  14. Payroll / Salary processing
  15. Manage petty cash and reimburse vouchers
  16. Payment utilities and bills
  17. Prepare Daily Reports and submit to management
