We are looking for NRI Relationship Manager Retail Sales for our Retail Sales Channel.
Department - Retail Sales
Designation - NRI Relationship Manager
Reporting to: Cluster Head
Reportees: Individual role requires travelling within a certain radius as pre-defined by the organization.
Key Deliverables :
Coordinating with SBI Branches for Acquisition, Develop & Retention of new quality NRI customers.
- Work along with internal customer acquisition & Bank NRI team (Branches & RMs) for driving NRI customer acquisition and maintain a profitable and long-lasting relationship with them
- Achieve of monthly / quarterly & yearly targets of NRI account opening, Account Activation, brokerage generation & increase in AUM as defined by the organization.
- Scrutiny of NRI Account opening applications, Collection of KYC documents from the NRI clients and ensuring the account is opened seamlessly in close coordination with the Central NRI Desk & the KYC operations within the Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Provide high-quality customer service to NRI clients through email, phone, and digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal Central NRI Desk & KYC teams to resolve client queries efficiently
- Respond to escalations and perform root cause analysis for all issues raised by clients and internal departments.

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
A. Graduation / MBA in any stream with 2- 5 years of sales & customer acquisition experience in BFSI / Broking domain mandatory
B. Knowledge on NRI account sourcing would be preferred
C. Full time MBA fresher candidates with sound knowledge about Capital Markets, who are willing to make their career in Sales will also be considered for this role.
