Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Chandigarh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers to understand their skincare needs, and providing customized product recommendations. The role includes training new team members, managing sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and proficiency in Sales Management
  • Ability to Train new team members effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
