The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive qualified leads, and ensure successful positioning of residential and commercial projects in the real estate market. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver measurable results through integrated marketing campaigns.

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (digital, branding, offline, PR, and customer experience).
  • Identify new market opportunities, buyer segments, and innovative go-to-market approaches.

2. Branding & Positioning

  • Strengthen brand equity and market visibility across all channels.
  • Conceptualize brand campaigns, promotional activities, and events to position projects effectively.
  • Oversee creative design, messaging, and project collaterals.

3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Drive lead generation through online & offline campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing ROI on all campaigns.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer campaigns, portals).
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and cost efficiency.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and CRM integrations for lead nurturing.

5. Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis, consumer insights, and market trends to guide decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights for project launches, pricing, and positioning.

6. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital partners, PR firms, and media houses.
  • Negotiate and monitor media buying and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with project vision.

7. Events & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute property expos, launches, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
  • Design loyalty and referral programs for existing customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • 810 years of proven experience in marketing, with minimum 7+ years in leadership roles (preferably in real estate, construction, or allied industries).
  • Track record of successful real estate project launches and brand building.
