Job Title: Sales Executive - Pipe Manufacturing Company


Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team at a leading pipe manufacturing company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. You will represent our company in a professional and positive manner, showcasing our products and services to key decision-makers in the industry. Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

4. Utilize various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate leads and convert them into sales.

5. Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.

7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

9. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

10. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.

11. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services and expand the company's network.

12. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

13. Collaborate with the customer service and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.

14. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated with industry regulations and standards.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.

4. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

8. Familiarity with pipe manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards (preferred).

9. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

10. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
