Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Delhi, India. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for managing client service relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate in any field

Min. 10 years of experience in event domain

Experience in Event and Exhibition Industry is must

Generate regular business from new and existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.

Maintain cordial relationships with clients through various communication platforms, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop new marketing strategies for brand positioning and recall, collaborating with the marketing team to implement them effectively.

Brainstorm with the team to create proposals tailored to the client's requirements, ensuring alignment with their objectives and budget.

Ensure the smooth execution of events by providing thorough supervision and coordination throughout the process.

Coordinate closely with the Design and Production team to ensure glitch-free events, providing necessary guidance and support as needed.

Participate in event planning, meet deadlines, and prepare post-event reports to evaluate performance and gather feedback.

Manage costs, negotiate contracts, handle invoicing, and fulfill all accounting formalities with clients, ensuring financial transparency and compliance.

Conduct research, book artists and vendors, and negotiate contracts based on client requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Organize and maintain a database of clients and event-related information, managing all formats such as MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and inquiry sheets.

Complete post-event formalities, including sending reports, collecting feedback and testimonials from clients, and closing out the event successfully.

Skills Required:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and proposals to clients.

Proficiency in visually appealing presentation making and pitching concepts to clients, showcasing creativity and professionalism.

Strong command over language and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

Well-groomed and disciplined, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Excellent reporting skills and a commitment to following company rules, regulations, and formats diligently.
