Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Small and Medium Enterprise business. You should have excellent English language skills, in-depth knowledge of Fire, Group Medical, Medical, Liability and other similar insurance products, and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Working on the leads given.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide expert guidance to potential Corporate regarding suitable SME insurance options.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional SME insurance products and services to existing clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the Lead generation team to achieve individual sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SME insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is preferred.
  • Possess relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales.
