Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
SF EC Senior Payroll Consultant
with expertise in payroll solutions to support the pilot and rollout phases of global payroll implementations, focusing on
EC Pay . This role demands an experienced professional adept in solution design, implementation, product management, service management, and payroll delivery. You will play a pivotal role in establishing a new service, ensuring operational excellence, and driving product development while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering:
Collect country-specific EC Payroll requirements and define a global vs. local data model, including EC integration.Integration Setup:
Configure P2P Integration, UI Mashup with EC and EC Time, BTP Standard iFlow/Custom iFlow, and ALE integrations with other systems.System Configuration:
Set up EC payroll instances and ensure proper interfacing with other tenants.Compliance:
Analyze and map CSRD reporting requirements for CPI Integration in the reporting system (currently SFA).Collaboration:
Work closely with EC, EC Time, and various departments to design global payroll processes.Training & Support:
Train employees on EC Payroll usage, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user assistance.Analysis & Reporting:
Create performance reports and conduct system analyses.Third-Party Collaboration:
Consult on implementations/integrations with third-party payroll systems (executed by vendors).
RequirementsExperience:3+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing payroll systems.Proven experience with global and country-specific data model setups.Technical Skills:Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.SuccessFactors Associate certification in EC and EC Pay (Professional Certification preferred).Soft Skills:Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented approach.Proactive, independent working style with the ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.Languages:Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.International Exposure:Experience working in a cross-cultural, international environment.
