Job Summa ry: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EC Expert to drive strategic SAP Employee Central implementations with a strong focus on advanced integrations, SSO enablement, and payroll management. This senior role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP EC and proven experience in integrating Employee Central with Active Directory for seamless SSO. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level insights and expertise, specifically with hands-on experience in payroll complian
ce.

nts:1) SAP Employee Centr
al :Extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EC for large-scale organizati
ons.Proven ability to streamline HR processes using advanced SAP EC functionalities, including organizational structure management and employee lifecycle automat
ion.Expertise in resolving complex issues related to SAP EC workflows, data consistency, and complia
nce.
2) SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integrat
ion):In-depth knowledg e of SA P CPI for developing, deploying, and managing integration flows between Employee Central and external sys
tems.Strong troubleshooting capabilities for SA P CPI scenarios, ensuring data integrity and error-free integration proce
sses.Ability to design reusable CPI templates for seamless integration across various HR and IT platf
orms.
3) Active Directory Integr
ation:Proficient in integr ating Active Dir ectory with SAP Employee Central for role-based access control and streamlined user provisi
oning.Expertise in impleme nting Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring secure and efficient authentication for enterprise
users.Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory schema and how it interacts with HR systems for organizational data synchroniz
ation.

ntral :Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP EC, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requir
ements.Manage complex payroll configurations and address organizational-specific HR chal
lenges.
2) SAP CPI Integration Man
agement:Design, develop, and manage high-performance integration flow s using SAP CPI to enable seamless data exchange between Employee Central and other enterprise systems, in cluding Active D i
rectory.Continuously monitor and optimize integrations to ensure reliability and scal
ability.
3) Active Directory & SSO En
ablement:Oversee secure integr ation of Active Directory for user provisioning and authentication p
rocesses.Implement and maintai n r obust SSO solutions, enhancing security and user ex
perience.
4) Strategic Coll
aboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR technology solutions with business o
bjectives.Provide technical mentorship to team m emb ers on S AP EC and Active Directory int
