Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience engaging clients across the North American market. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will play a key role in identifying and creating business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other innovative strategies. Ability to keep track of pipeline, maintain sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
- Schedule meetings and present our offerings to key decision-makers, effectively communicating how our solutions align with their business goals.
- Identify and acquire new direct clients while nurturing existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft business proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling pitches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.
- Utilize market research to identify and penetrate new business opportunities and channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition, preferably for the US/Canada market.
- Strong track record of lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales success.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software, sales tools, and data-driven strategies for client engagement and follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Software development, SaaS, Cloud solutions, DevOps, or similar technology services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

- Flexible, fully remote role

- Compensation for internet and phone services
- Pay range: $500-600 CAD per month + $100 bonus per closed sale and other perks.
- Candidates must have access to their own laptop. Remote access provided for CRM and calling software.
