HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports for management analysis.


Organizational Development:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational culture and values.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Represent the organization during legal proceedings if necessary.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Implement initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Provide training on diversity and inclusion topics.

Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee separations.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and offboarding processes.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide HR insights to support business decisions.

Communication:

  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries.
