Job purpose: Business Development Executive r –GCC will be expected to be contributing to expand Anlage’s reach amongst the over 1500 Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within GCC or MSP companies and a proven track record of acquiring and managing high-profile clients.
Role: IC
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients within the GCC landscape.
- Leverage existing relationships and network to re-engage and onboard past clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends.

Desired Skills:
-Proven track record into Hunting Sales with expertise in handling large clients/enterprises with multi million-dollar portfolio.
-Has successful record in initiating new business & acquiring new logos.
-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within GCC .
- Strong network and a ready rolodex of clients in the industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience of attending events by Nasscom, ET Now, etc
