Join as the Founding Marketing Member at a high growth DevOps SaaS firm Work directly with the founders About Our Client Our client is a high growth, early stage DevOps SaaS firm Job Description Community Building : Build and engage developer communities on Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and early adopters Content & Organic Growth : Drive inbound traffic through SEO-optimized blogs, Reddit threads, and LinkedIn posts Launch and manage a content calendar aligned with product updates and community trends Lead Generation & Growth Marketing : Set up and optimize growth funnels using landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and user acquisition Experiment with lightweight paid campaigns to amplify organic reach Founder Collaboration : Work closely with the founders to shape messaging, GTM strategy, and positioning Be the voice of the user-gather feedback from the community and feed it into product and growth loops The Successful Applicant Have 2-5 years of experience in early-stage startups , ideally in B2B SaaS or DevTools Are hands-on with Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn for community-led growth Have content creation experience - written posts, created threads, or even memes that got traction Have experience with lead generation , growth funnels , and conversion optimization Are comfortable working 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office , including Saturdays Are deeply curious about DevOps, cloud-native tools, and developer workflows Have worked directly with founders or small teams and thrive in ambiguity
