Job Description:

We are hiring
freshers and experienced candidates
to join our dynamic US Contact Center team in Bangalore. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting US-based clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery. Candidates must be fluent in English, confident communicators, and flexible to work in night shifts.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates.
  • Screen candidates for client hiring requirements.
  • Record call outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Maintain professionalism in call introductions and closures.
  • Support US clients and adhere to their holiday calendar.
  • Be flexible with rotational work weeks (Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun).

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

  • 2024 graduates
    are eligible.
  • 2025 pass-outs
    may be considered if:
  • They possess a valid
    6th semester hall ticket
    .
  • They have
    cleared semesters 1 to 5 in a single attempt
    .

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Candidates with
    1+ year of experience
    are eligible.
  • Undergraduates
    will be considered if they meet experience criteria.
  • Must have
    PF history
    in their last organizations.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
    in English.
  • Must score
    58 or above in Versant
    (language proficiency test).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone presence.
  • Prior exposure to
    US contact center operations
    is preferred.
  • Ability to work in
    night shifts
    (US hours: 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST).
  • Comfortable with
    weekend working
    and rotational shifts.
