Role DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic and curious

Sales & Brand Partnership Executive

to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving new business for Mad Influence by uncovering promising leads, crafting compelling proposals, and securing exciting partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities shall include :New business development and lead generation skills.Identify and prospect potential clients (brands) interested in leveraging influencer marketing for their campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized influencer marketing proposals that meet client objectives.Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with client brands and campaign objectives.Reach out to influencers to discuss partnership opportunities and negotiate terms and rates.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns and timely delivery of results.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our offerings.Pitching creators to brands for partnerships & collaborations.Negotiating deals and contracts and managing invoices for shoots and projects on behalf of artist.Account management and relationship building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be from an advertising agency background

Qualifications1 to 3years of experience in business development with strong business skills, including the ability to multitask, manage timelines, and stay within budgetExperience in managing artists/creators, overseeing projects, and coordinating with clientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of talent & influencer marketing industryThrive in building relationships and enjoy connecting with new people.Experience in the advertising and/or influencer marketing industry is a plus
