Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support in a global 24*7 environmentSupporting Office365 & Gmail email solutionsManage endpoints via Desktop Central, push OS patches & policy rolloutsTo support Windows & MAC operating systemsTo do user administration on ERP systemAddress user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networkingWalk customers through installing applications and computer peripheralsAsk targeted questions to diagnose problemsGuide users with simple, step-by-step instructionsConduct remote troubleshootingTest alternative pathways until you resolve an issueCustomize desktop applications to meet user needsRecord technical issues and solutions in logsDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelFollow up with the users to ensure their systems are functional.Report customer feedback and potential product/requirement requestsHelp create technical documentation and manualsZoom & WebEx administration & troubleshooting is an added advantage
Necessary Skills and Experience :
Graduation in Computers (Btech, BCA)Strong communication skills (spoken English)Should be comfortable in working shifts & should have supported Global Customers (the US, LATAM, etc.)
