Explore more about us at our website . Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector, based in Hyderabad. This is a junior-level, full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing purchasing processes, essential to supporting our manufacturing operations. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in procurement processes, specifically within the manufacturing sector (Mandatory skill). Experience with creating and managing purchase orders to ensure smooth operation flow (Mandatory skill). Competence in SAP for tracking and managing procurement functions (Mandatory skill). Strong vendor management skills to maintain and establish effective supplier relationships. Ability to oversee and handle inventory management to optimize supply levels and operations. Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms and favorable quotes for procurement. Attention to detail for accurate handling and review of purchasing documentation and contracts. Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with various departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely purchase of necessary resources. Process purchase orders and maintain tracking systems to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Monitor inventory levels and predict future supply needs to prevent shortages or delays. Prepare and present detailed reports on purchasing metrics, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations. Work in collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in purchasing processes. Stay updated on industry trends and new product development to enhance procurement strategies.
