Role details:

Title / Designation : Learning Experience Manager Reporting Manager: Sr Learning Experience Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana Work Mode: Work-from-Office

Role & responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs focused on healthcare compliance. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids. Ensure all training content is up-to-date with current Healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels, from new hires to experienced staff. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational goals.

Candidate requirements:

6+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on healthcare training. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in an international BPO or similar environment. Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
