Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Experience to join our TaaS (Training as a Service) team, who’d be able to enhance the customer experience through meticulous and strategic writing and designing. The Senior Experience Designer (ED) will be responsible for ideating, coordinating, and supporting Learning Design activities in conjunction with the Learning Experience Design Leads. The SED will act as the first level reviewer and will be required to have an eye for detail.



Responsibilities:

● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles

● Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset

● Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality

● Advanced oral communication skills: ability to facilitate client-SMEs discussions to set expectations and ensure appropriate involvement

● Ability to speak confidently with a wide range of clients and SMEs on business topics and the value-add of learning experiences to achieving business outcomes

● Must be skilled in using multiple modalities of learning experiences that can be applied to solve business problems.

● Designed and developed learning solutions and programmes applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business

● Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision.


Qualification:

● Graduate in any discipline.

● Any certifications supporting the profile.

● 2-3 years of experience as an instructional designer or learning experience designer.

● Experience designing a wide range of learning experience solutions.

● Prefer experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or translation considerations.
