Job Title : ServiceNow IRM Consultant/Specialist

Location : PAN India

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow's IRM suite to improve risk management processes, including risk assessment, risk response, issue management, and reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, configure the platform, and ensure it aligns with business goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

- Conduct workshops with clients to gather and analyze requirements and document them in a structured format.

- Design and develop IRM workflows, forms, notifications, and integrations based on best practices and client needs.

- Customize ServiceNow IRM applications and perform configurations, including UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.

- Provide guidance on IRM best practices and help develop risk and compliance management frameworks.

- Perform platform maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal controls.

- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials.

- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide resolution in a timely manner.

- Maintain knowledge of emerging risk management trends, ServiceNow IRM capabilities, and industry best practices.

- More than 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including Service Catalog Incident Problem Change and Asset Management

- Experience with IRM applications such as Risk Management Policy and Compliance Management Audit Management and Vendor Risk Management

- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and other ServiceNow scripting languages

- Experience with RESTSOAP web services and integrations

- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD or other relevant certifications are a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.

- Proficiency in configuring and implementing ServiceNow IRM modules.

- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).

- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COBIT, NIST) and regulatory requirements.

- ServiceNow certification(s) in IRM/GRC is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
