Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for translating technical product features into customer-centric benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies.

Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify trends and opportunities.

Create marketing materials and content, with a strong focus on copywriting.

Organize product launches and promotional events.

Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.

Support go-to-market plans for B2B product launches.

Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences.

Create sales tools like presentations, datasheets, and case studies.

Monitor product performance and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

Drive awareness and engagement through content and digital strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Should Be:

A degree holder in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Passionate about product marketing and technology.

Excellent in communication and writing skills.

Able to analyze data and identify trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools.

Creative and problem-solving.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

Collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of market research, positioning, and sales enablement.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 3-5 years of experience with any of these skills ( Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
