Job Description

We are seeking a talented
Content Strategist
to develop and oversee content initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for creating and managing content strategies that align with company goals while ensuring consistency in voice, style, and quality across all platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Conduct audience research to understand customer needs, pain points, and content preferences.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms (websites, blogs, social media, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and tone of voice.
  • Perform content audits to evaluate existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital writing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and editorial workflows.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
