Digital Marketing Senior Executive

Job Title: Digital Marketing Sr. Executive
The Digital Marketing Sr. Executive will support in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts. This role is essential in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Help with the organization and implementation of online, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Development: Work together with the content team to produce and oversee excellent content for a range of digital media.
- Social Media Management: Keep an eye on social media platforms and make sure that the content is interesting and consistent with the brand's strategy and voice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Make use of tools like Google Analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts; offer suggestions and insights for improvement.
- SEO and SEM: Assist with SEO efforts by researching keywords, improving the content of websites, and monitoring the effectiveness of paid and organic search tactics.
- Email marketing: Help with the design and administration of email marketing initiatives, which may include automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget to make sure that campaigns are economical and have a high return on investment (ROI).
- Cooperation: To guarantee unified marketing initiatives, closely collaborate with cross-functional teams from sales, product development, and customer service.
- Market research: To help with strategic planning, do market research to determine trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of key digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Creative Skills: Strong copywriting, content creation, and design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing sponsored social media initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website administration.
- Accreditation in Google Ads or Analytics.
