When you join Trend, you become part of a unique and diverse global family and you get to work towards a world safe for exchanging digital information.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a business consulting role, working closely with diverse user groups including Senior Management, Sales & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Legal to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business informationTrack sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting, renewal tracking, database maintenance, SFDC hygiene and contract processingCoordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning effortsAssist in the development and support of equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resourcesEnsure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashionProactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvementCollaborate with sales management to identify and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistenciesMonitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales report, recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as neededProvide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programsIdentify Sales training requirements and execute for the field teamBuild peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

EXPERIENCE10 plus years’ experience in Sales Operations with related responsibilities and BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area (Desirable but not mandatory).Demonstrated ability to work independently and to train, guide or assist others to perform complex assignmentsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Ability to reach out and work with senior managementStrong capability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependenciesExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, time management, collaboration and communication skillsAbility to produce high quality work with key attention to detail. Strong commitment to customer serviceStrong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SFDC (including creation of SFDC dashboards)
