Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify, track, and manage sales leads from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline by ensuring accurate data input, tracking deadlines, and following up on potential opportunities.
Oversee the CRM software to ensure data integrity and streamline sales processes.
Work closely with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts. Assist with creating presentations and sales materials to support outreach.
Handle incoming inquiries and qualify leads, offering support throughout the sales cycle. Help the team schedule meetings and follow-up calls with potential clients.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales performance, and pipeline status.
Organize and maintain all sales documentation, including contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM software.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage sales leads and pipelines efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Documents, Slide decks, and CRM tools.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
Competencies:

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
