Were looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager who is passionate about the exhibitions and events industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding LemonTrees presence in India and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India and GCC markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for targeted industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with marketing and procurement teams
  • Lead the pitch process — including proposal development, pricing, and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and monthly forecasts
  • Represent LemonTree at industry events, trade shows, and B2B meetings

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing in exhibitions, advertising, or experiential marketing
  • Strong understanding of exhibition booth design & fabrication processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel for domestic and international trade shows when needed
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldRole & responsibilities
