Integra is now scaling its e-commerce operations on ONDC platforms and invites dynamic individuals to join us in driving this vision forward.

 

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Sales Manager/Executive to join our team at Jakkur Technoparks Private Limited, an Integra subsidiary focused on cutting-edge ONDC applications and e-commerce solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in:

  • Merchant Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and empower merchants to succeed on our e-commerce ecosystem
  • Sales Operations: Drive sales growth and operational excellence in ecommerce services.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate and guide merchants on platform features, tools, and strategies for business success.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends, generate insights, and provide feedback for product and operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Insurance and IBKART initiatives, financial inclusion, doorstep banking, ePDS, loan facilitating, contributing to broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Merchant and Partner Assessment Skills: Ability to identify and assess merchants, dealers, distributors, and OEMs with an entrepreneurial mindset for e-commerce success.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales operations, relationship management, and sales growth strategies in e-commerce, banking, and Mutual Funds.
  • E-commerce Exposure: Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems, ONDC platforms, and digital commerce tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing market trends, merchant performance, and operational data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
