Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at VCATCH. As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base globally. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of NBFC, CALL CENTER, and International Sales
  • Experience in inside sales and online lead generation
  • Familiarity with B2B loans and understanding of loan processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in targeting the Australian market is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and target potential customers in international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with international clients
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
  • Drive the team targets
  • Train and guide the team to achieve the monthly targets
