Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Marketing Project Manager will act as the central point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring that campaigns and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Coordination
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, digital, content, sales, compliance, etc.) to launch integrated campaigns.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies for design, media buying, and production.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Process & Reporting
- Implement and maintain project management systems (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, or similar).
- Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports for leadership.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with strategic objectives.
- Act as liaison between marketing, sales, product, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project check-ins, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign coordination.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, events, print, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, , Jira, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification a plus.
- Experience in B2B or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, wealth management) a strong advantage.
Performance Metrics
- Timely completion of marketing projects within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- Measurable campaign performance improvements (ROI, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.).
- Efficiency of processes and reduction of project delays or bottlenecks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
